AT RECYCLE FLYERS we take the extra measure to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect working order. As you can see, in the accompanying images, each Recycle Flyer is prepared for shipment by constructing a multi layer 1 inch foam hangar around the entire airplane. The wing tips pass through a slot in the ends of the foam “hangar” which keeps the airplane firmly located in the box during shipping. We even make sure the foam has no abrasion contact with the artwork on the wings by placing a paper wrap around the wing where it slips through the foam. The foam “hangar” is placed into an exact sized high weight, double corrugated wall, cardboard box which is then taped and made ready for shipment. Blimps and Submarines are similarly packaged.
